Colorado Springs Fire Department's 'Humminbrid' can be a lifesaver

Water rescue training using sonar equipment got a tinge of reality Thursday when divers temporarily lost the dummy on the bottom of Gold Camp Reservoir."Now it really is a rescue," Colorado Springs Fire Department Heavy Rescue Program Capt. Bill Hull joked from the shore. Each dummy costs about $1,000, he said.The mishap came as divers gave media a visual show of their training from the shore.
