The biggest trailer drop last week following the many that were released at Comic Con that weekend was that of Zhang Yimou's historical fantasy feature "The Great Wall" starring Matt Damon. The big budget project has Damon as a soldier in China during the construction of The Great Wall and has already come under criticism from at least one corner for it being yet another period film about a white guy in a foreign land who ends up saving a civilization. "Fresh Off The Boat" actress Constance Wu took to social media to voice her distaste for the project, saying it "perpetuates the racist myth that only a white man can save the world.
