The Peach Orchard Road on-ramp to westbound Bobby Jones Expressway is blocked due to over overturned tractor trailer. Deputies remained on the scene at 7:45 a.m. It appeared that the truck flipped onto its side while traveling on the ramp. No other vehicles were involved. Officials are working to unload the truck before flipped it back upright.
