A 19-year-old man who recently pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing was arrested again Thursday morning after he allegedly tried to grab the purse of a woman headed to work in downtown Colorado Springs, police said.Billy McGilvery was arrested on suspicion of robbery, Colorado Springs police said.A woman was walking to work just before 8 a.m.
