Disney and Marvel Studios' "Captain America: Civil War" went like gangbusters in its overseas launch, pulling in a massive $200.2 million at the foreign box office - one of the biggest starts of all time and coming very close to the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" overseas launch last year. Opening across 63% of the foreign marketplace this weekend, the film still has three massive markets to go - the United States, China and Russia where it will open this coming Friday May 6th.
