Wounded Warrior Project officials announced retired Army Maj. Gen. Charlie Fletcher is its new chief operating officer, effective later next month. The nonprofit’s spokesman Rob Louis confirmed Monday afternoon that Board Chairman Anthony Odierno picked Fletcher. Fletcher currently serves on the nonprofit’s advisory council and is a logistics senior mentor to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, according to Odierno’s announcement letter. read more
