Woodbridge man pleads guilty to bank fraudSACRAMENTO — A Woodbridge man has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud, according to U.S. Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner.According to court documents, Jeffrey T. Crothers, 50, conspired with at least one other person to defraud National City Bank, which funded mortgages to National City Mortgage in Stockton, where Crothers worked.
