STOCKTON — The building was to have been nearly 88,000 square feet, environmentally friendly inside and out, a $25 million medical palace plunked right smack in the middle of Stockton across from St. Joseph’s Medical Center.“I want to leave this planet a little better than we got it,” Dr. Jasbir Gill of the medical group that was to build the four-story facility said at the time.
