One of the three inmates who escaped from a jail in Orange County, California last week surrendered to police Friday after a week on the run. Bac Duong, 43, was taken into police custody after he told a citizen on the street that he wanted to turn himself in. Duong's accomplices, Hossein Nayeri, 37, and Jonathan Tieu, 20, are still on the run. The news comes shortly after a 44-year-old woman who taught English at the jail was arrested on suspicion of helping the three inmates escape.
