New parking garage, retail get underway as part of major Victory Park redo

Construction has gotten underway on an unfinished parking garage across Victory Park Lane from the W Dallas Victory Hotel, which will add additional retail space as part of a larger redevelopment of the 75-acre neighborhood. The project will add 22,030 square feet of retail and restaurant space to Victory Park in the transformation of the unfinished parking garage, which is a vital component to the retail strategy of Victory Park, said Terry Montesi, CEO of Fort Worth-based Trademark Property Co.,…
