The attorney for an Eastpointe man accused of murdering his family is trying to get his client's confessions to police thrown out because the defendant may have been under the influence of a controlled substance.Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Diane Druzinski said following a hearing Tuesday that she will issue a decision on the admissability of the statements by Timothy Fradeneck, 38, to police last April 13 after they found Fradeneck's wife, Christie, 37, and two young children, Celeste, 2, and son Timothy III, 8, dead in their home.
