The suspect, Adal Osorio, 32, is being held at the institute as he awaits trial on felony charges of possession of a weapon at a corrections institution and assault, according to the state Judicial Branch website. After an investigation into the urine incident, police charged Osorio with assault on public safety personnel and failure to submit to fingerprinting.
