A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection to two homemade bombs found Saturday in Garden of the Gods park in western Colorado Springs, police said Monday. Zachary Sirko is accused of possessing an incendiary or explosive device, Colorado Springs police said. Ashley Snyder, 21, also was named as a suspect; police said a criminal ticket has been issued for her. The regional bomb squad and police officers responded to one of the city park's parking lots about 11:30 a.m.
