Police are investigating a Thursday afternoon armed robbery at a Milledgeville Road convenience store. According to a Richmond County sheriff’s incident report, a masked man armed with a handgun and wearing a hooded sweatshirt robbed the Get It To Go, 3379 Milledgeville Road, about 12:40 p.m. An employee told police the man went behind the counter, grabbed money from the register, stuffed it in his pockets and ran away. read more
