By Megan Kennedy Staff writer High schoolers who are considering West Virginia State University's early enrollment will be given a break financially if they apply early enough. Those students will pay only $25 per credit hour instead of the typical $84 per credit hour, the school announced Tuesday."We are incredibly excited about this opportunity and what it means for high school students across the Kanawha Valley and the state of West Virginia," said Kumara Jayasuriya, State's provost and vice president for academic affairs, in the news release.
