The Charlie Norwood Veterans Affairs Medical Center welcomed a retired Army colonel and former CEO of a critical-access hospital as its new associate director Monday. In his new role as associate director, Robert Reeder will oversee privacy, human resources, logistics, health administration and financial operations, including the medical care budget that Congress appropriates annually to the hospital under the Veterans Equitable Resource Allocation System. read more
