More than 100 people have become sick after eating at Tarheel Q, a restaurant in Lexington, according to a press release from the Davidson County Health Department. They developed "symptoms consistent with salmonellosis such as diarrhea, stomach pain, fever, nausea, and sometimes vomiting," the release states. At least seven people have been hospitalized.
