Texas Department of Public Safety seized 19 pounds of opium valued at $443,000 during a traffic stop Sunday on Interstate 40 in Oldham County. At 7:38 a.m., Masis Zazarian, 53, of Tujunga, Calif., was arrested on the first-degree felony charge after traveling eastbound in a 2014 Chrysler 200, DPS officials said Wednesday. A trooper conducted a traffic stop on the Chrysler for a traffic violation near Wildorado.
