Massive N.C. cargo terminal project targets New Jersey ports

SOUTHPORT, N.C. - Opponents of a massive cargo terminal along North Carolina's coast, intended to challenge ports from New Jersey to South Carolina, are resorting to a novel way to fight the project: A contest offering $500 for a more eco-friendly, "fiscally responsible" idea.
