STOCKTON — The Social Security Office on Feather River Drive in Stockton has been evacuated after a transient entered the building with a pellet gun and a suspicious device, authorities said.A bomb squad has been called out to examine the suspicious device, said Officer Joe Silva, a spokesman for the Stockton Police Department.
