Comment on Semi accident snarls traffic on I-25 in Colorado Springs

Traffic is bogged down on northbound Interstate 25 because of a semi truck accident near the Fontanero Street exit.The truck was carrying chip seal, which began to spill on the road before the trailer became detached. No injuries have been reported. All but one lane of the freeway is closed, and traffic is backed up for miles.Colorado Springs police said it could take at least two hours for the highway to completely re-open.The city of Colorado Springs tweeted just before 4 p.m.
