Delays, Costs Arise In Connecticut Criminal Data System

HARTFORD (AP) — A new information sharing system for Connecticut law enforcement agencies that was prompted by the 2007 Cheshire home invasion murders and supposed to be ready last November has been delayed two years, while the estimated cost has ballooned nearly 40 percent to more than $52 million.
