Stamford man caught on Hope Street with heroin

An alleged Glenbrook heroin dealer, who is out on bond after twice being arrested on drug charges in the past three years, was arrested again after Narcotics and Organized Crime squad members were told he would be selling his wares on Hope Street Thursday night.
