Army's top enlisted man talks about improving discipline during Fort Carson visit

BY TOM ROEDER tom.roeder@gazette.com -Fort Carson thefts and other Army discipline issues have the attention of the Army's top sergeant, who wants a new program to keep soldiers in line.Sgt. Maj. of the Army Daniel Dailey is pushing the new "Not in My Squad" campaign to drive discipline into the service's smallest eight-soldier units, combating crime and sexual assault along the way."That's where we're going to fix this problem," Dailey said Wednesday on a visit to Colorado Springs, where he spent a dozen years in uniform.Dailey, 42, took the Army's top enlisted job in January.
