BY BILLIE STANTON ANLEU billie.stantonanleu@gazette.com -Four Colorado Springs City Councilmen were sworn into office Tuesday, including Merv Bennett, who later was unanimously elected the council's president.Councilwoman Jill Graebler was chosen president pro tem, with the only no vote coming from Councilwoman Helen Collins.And Councilman Andy Pico would not confirm it, but reportedly will become board chairman of Colorado Springs Utilities on Wednesday."I think we have a bright future for the city," Bennett said after he was sworn in to his second at-large term.
