By CHHUN SUN and Kassondra Cloos The Gazette -A witness stepped forward Friday to say she had an encounter with a Colorado Springs woman several hours after she was reported missing Wednesday - a development that brought the fire department back into the search. Ksenia Quiros, 45, went missing nearly two weeks after her son, an Air Force Academy cadet, died on April 2. An all-day search by firefighters on Thursday produced no clues, and the fire department said that without anything new to go on, it would not continue searching on Friday. The report from the witness will bring fire crews back into the search about 1 p.m.
