By rich laden rich.laden@gazette.com -Texas Roadhouse, a national restaurant chain that's enjoyed success for years with a location along Powers Boulevard, is bringing a new restaurant concept to the busy corridor on Colorado Springs' east side. Bubba's 33, which touts itself on Facebook as a "sports bar, American restaurant and pizza place," is under construction southeast of Powers and Constitution Avenue and is targeting an August opening. The 8,800-square-foot restaurant will feature hand-tossed and stone-baked pizza, burgers made with beef that is ground fresh daily and more than 60 big-screen TVs, according to documents submitted to the city's Land Use Review Division and the chain's website.
