Colorado Springs student uses 3-D printer to improve tortoise's life

Roger Henry, a student at Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, created the device using cutting-edge technology and old-fashioned problem solving."I had absolutely thought there would be a negative reaction, but Cleopatra just continued walking.
