The Indiana Supreme Court has publicly reprimanded an Allen County judge who admitted a drunken driving charge in Indianapolis. The court on Wednesday found Allen Circuit Judge Thomas Felts violated Indiana's Code of Judicial Conduct when he was arrested last July 18 for misdemeanor counts of public intoxication and driving with a blood-alcohol content of at least 0.15 percent.
