Some of the metro area’s biggest productions are easily topping $125 for the best seats, but you don’t have to take out a loan to feel jolly. Here are 10 affordable shows — which in this case means under $50 per ticket, all-inclusive — that are worth hard-earned money.

The teen died two weeks later. At 6:49 a.m. on Oct. 21, staff at the Platte Valley Youth Services Center found the unresponsive teen in his room, according to an incident report written by facility staff and reviewed by The Denver Post. Personnel administered naloxone, a medication that reverses opioid overdoses, and performed CPR until emergency responders arrived, according to the report. The youth, who has not been publicly identified, was transported to Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

Electric vehicles made up 25.3% of new vehicles sold in Colorado in the third quarter, according to a recent report by the Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management. California was second with electric vehicles accounting for 24.3% of new car sales in the state. In Colorado, 82% of EVs sold in Colorado were full electric vehicles and 18% were plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
