JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) — Motorists heading to New Jersey will not be able to use the Holland Tunnel early Sunday. The westbound lanes will be closed between midnight and 6 a.m. because of an emergency response drill. Motorists should use the Lincoln Tunnel or George Washington Bridge instead. The Holland Tunnel's New York-bound lanes will remain open during the drill. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey says the public may notice smoke and emergency vehicles as part of the drill.
