The CW's "The Flash" is adding some more villains to its ranks. Andy Mientus ("Smash," "Chasing Life") has joined the cast as Hartley Rathaway, a former STAR Labs tech who later becomes the sonic weapon-slinging villain The Pied Piper. In both the comics and the show the character is openly gay.
