The Associated Press BECKLEY, W.Va. - West Virginia will receive a $196,000 federal grant aimed at preventing lead poisoning in children.Congressman Nick Rahall announced the grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.The state Department of Health and Human Resources will use to the funding for a blood lead surveillance program.
