Wisconsin Supreme Court upholds porn convictions

In the case of Jeremiah Purtell, the court said Friday that his probation officer's warrantless search of his home computer that turned up child pornography did not violate his constitutional rights against illegal search and seizure. The court, in a 5-2 decision, reversed a decision by the state appeals court tossing Purtell's four convictions for possessing child pornography.
