John Vandeusen was held after his lawyer entered pleas of not guilty on his behalf to several charges Tuesday in Wareham District Court, including drunken driving and motor vehicle homicide. Vandeusen's lawyer told the court his client has no criminal record and stopped and helped look for Macro, who had been thrown from his wheelchair.
