The Assetto Corsa / Project Cars battle of the racing sims ended up panning out in favor of the former over the last decade with Assetto Corsa still widely regarded as one of the greatest racing games of all time. It is still looked more fondly upon than its spin-off successor Assetto Corsa Competizione, and, despite high interest in next year’s Assetto Corsa EVO, there are fears amongst those who still love the original, that any follow-up can never live up to the benchmark originally set by KUNOS Simulazioni. The main reason the original AC has hung around so long is just how moddable it is – dev teams are still producing mega mods for the game and you can pretty much make Assetto Corsa anything you like with a huge array of free and paid-for content. As well as a hugely active scene there have of course been plenty of official DLC packs over the years and to close out 2024 ahead of EVO’s launch there is a currently a huge sale of pretty much everything Assetto Corsa going on right now on Steam. You can currently get between 70%-75% off the base games (OG and Competizione) as well as masses of DLC for next to nothing including Porsche packs, Dream car packs, and Japanese car packs all for under $2 apiece. If you want to cut your costs further and don’t own the base game there are some great bundle games on offer as well.

One optional quest tasks you with utilizing a Sacrificial Heart in a very specific place on the map and here, we’ll reveal where to find the Heart as well as the location you’ll need to use it at. How to get the Sacrificial Heart in PoE 2 Once you reach Act 3 and unlock Aggorat, all you need to do is kill enemies in that specific area and the Sacrificial Heart should drop. There’s a suggestion that rare enemies are the key to getting the drop but this hasn’t been confirmed. Where to use the Sacrificial Heart in PoE 2 Now you know how to get the Sacrificial Heart, where do you need to go to use it? Well, you’ll need to stay in Aggorat, where you’ll need to find the altar so you can place the Heart. Unfortunately, this altar doesn’t have one fixed location and instead, can be found in two different places. The best way to get there fast is to head to either the far left or far right of the area map when you enter Aggorat. One side is main quest related and one houses the altar so follow the path round to either side, depending on your spawn, and you should come across it. Once you get to the altar, there will be some pretty strong enemies surrounding it including an elite so ensure you have your best gear on and are prepped for a fight. Upon taking them down, pick up the Sacrificial Dagger next to the altar and then you can place the Sacrificial Heart. After using the Dagger on the Heart in the altar, you’ll net yourself two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points which is a pretty nice reward.
