Norfolk County announces "Observe Don't Over Serve" campaign

Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey announced the “Observe, Don’t Over Serve,” campaign on Tuesday, aimed at preventing drunk driving, especially during the holiday season. Morrissey said the campaign relies on servers in bars and restaurants in order to make a difference. The “Hero Campaign” enlists the participation of local establishments to question groups about the designated driver, and to supply the driver with a free soft drink or coffee.
