Comment on Utah man critically hurt after being hit at U of U tailgate party

SALT LAKE CITY -- Police are trying to determine who hit a 21-year-old man at a University of Utah tailgate party and sent him to the hospital with critical injuries.Authorities say they were called to a tailgate lot about 4 p.m. Saturday and found the man lying on the ground and bleeding from his head.He was taken to University Hospital in critical condition but has since been upgraded to serious.Witnesses say that during the fourth quarter of the game against Arizona State University, an argument broken out and the man was hit.read more
