Three days after losing Tuesday’s election and saying she would petition its results, Mayor Linda Balzotti announced last night that she will not seek a recount. Balzotti announced her decision in an emailed statement released sent at 5:05 p.m, on Friday afternoon, bringing to an end to the post-election limbo.
