SPRINGFIELD — A former Peoria real estate developer was sentenced Friday to two years in federal prison for defrauding Peoria-area banks.Shara Andrews, 40, formerly Shara Manning, was also ordered to pay $598,536 in restitution. U.S. District Judge Sue Myerscough allowed Andrews to remain free on bond until she must surrender herself to federal prison officials on Jan.
