Q: This one is tough to swallow. The guys played their hearts out. Tyler Herro is becoming that guy and I couldn’t be happier for him.  Great game.  Erik Spoelstra will make no excuses.  This one is on him.  He’ll own it and learn from it and move forward.  Tough one, dang.

Jack Hughes scored in the first period for the Devils, Paul Cotter put New Jersey up 3-1 with 15:07 left and Dougie Hamilton and Jesper Bratt each had a pair of assists.
