Somerset flag football stabbing lawsuit settled

(AP) -- A Fall River man stabbed during a brawl between two adult flag football teams has reached a $325,000 settlement with the indoor sports facility in Somerset that hosted the game. Brian Cunha, a lawyer for James Hilario, announced the settlement last week. Hilario alleged in his suit against the Teamworks indoor facility that management was negligent for allowing the June 2010 attack to happen.
