The Redmond woman killed by a train Thursday was identified Friday by Redmond Police Department.Billie Fern Fifer, 40, of Redmond, was likely too close to train tracks near Hemlock Avenue and U. S. Highway 97 in Redmond when she was struck by a northbound freight train operated by Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad about 2:31 p.m.
