The pilot of the crashed aircraft Sunday near Prineville airport was identified by Prineville Police Department as Murray Allen Crowe, 47, of Terrebonne.Crowe was pronounced dead at the scene after crashing an experimental Challenger II aircraft around 11:30 a. m., according to reports in The Bulletin. He was the only occupant of the aircraft.
