Comment on Groves man charged in child sex abuse case

A six-month investigation led to the arrest this week of a 50-year-old Groves man accused of sexual abuse of underage girls. David Lawrence Guest was being held in the Jefferson County jail on Friday on bonds totalling $210,000 for charges of indecency with a child and improper photography or visual recording. Guest was arraigned Friday by Criminal District Judge Layne Walker, according to the Groves Police Department.
