Arnold Bracy, 18, was sentenced by Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge to 25 years in prison for murder and 20 years for attempted murder under a plea agreement with the Jefferson County District Attorneys Office. Both sentences are to run concurrent and Bracy is to agree to testify against any co-defendant.
