A nighttime traffic pursuit ended Wednesday with a Honda Civic in an irrigation canal and its driver in jail, according to the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office.William Ray Worthington, 26, was held on a probation violation and for reckless driving and reckless endangerment after he fled a sheriff’s deputy at 9 p.m.
