A La Pine man who shook his girlfriend's 2-year-old son was sentenced Thursday to 70 months in prison.Jeffrey Scott Neeley, 23, was initially charged with two counts of first-degree assault.He pleaded guilty on Monday to one count of second-degree assault, related to the Nov. 29, 2011, assault on the child.
