I was watching Tim Burton's Batman Returns the other night and realized a similarity to Nolan's TDKR. Both films contain a scene involving a masquerade ball, with Bruce Wayne dancing with Selina Kyle. In Returns, both Bruce and Selina aren't wearing masks, whereas in TDKR, Bruce is the only one sans-mask.
