Colleagues, friends remember longtime Fremont Symphony Orchestra champion

Sue Rose, who was 72 when she died Sept. 15 from Lou Gehrig's disease, was an impassioned supporter of the arts and devoted orchestra employee. Rose, a Pleasanton resident, wore several hats while doing the work of multiple people to champion Fremont's symphony for more than 40 years.
